Sadhguru is one of the famous or well known name in spiritual circle in India as well as in other countries. But unlike some of the spiritual gurus that we have seen in the past, Sadhguru is a bit different. He has a different approach for things and is also person who loves cars and bikes. In the past he has been in news for conducting various missions to save rivers, and forests. Sadhguru himself had participated in most of these missions and completed them either on a motorcycle or a car. This time around we have a video where Sadhguru can be seen riding a Jawa 42 motorcycle.
The video has been uploaded by Isha Veera0 on their youtube channel. The video shows spiritual leader Sadhguru standing nxt to the new Jawa 42 and admiring the classic design of it. He then later takes it out for a spin to see how does the new Jawa 42 feels to ride. Back in the day when he was young he used to have a Jawa motorcycle and he also says that he had rode the old Jawa across the country and he is now riding a Jawa Motorcycle after a long gap of approximately 35 years. He seemed pretty excited about riding the new Jawa as he had loved the older ones.
He even compares the new Jawa 42 with the older ones. He says on video that the Jawa 42 is a bit modified or advanced in terms of features than the one he used to ride earlier. It now gets disc brakes, fuel injection, self start and so on. He also goes on comparing the engine as the older version used to comes with a 2-stroke engine and the current one comes with a 4-stroke unit.
Jawa Motorcycles were relaunched in the Indian market by the end of 2018 and had quickly become popular because of the iconic name and the retro styling of the motorcycle. Jawa initially launched Jawa (Classic) and Jawa 42 motorcycles. Both motorcycles were powered by a 293-cc single cylinder, liquid cooled engine producing 27 Bhp and 28 Nm of torque. Both the motorcycles are now BS6 compliant and the price for Jawa (Classic) and Jawa 42 are Rs 1.73 lakh and Rs 1.6 lakh respectively. Jawa had launched a factory custom bobber Perak in the market last year and delivery of the same will start from next month onwards.
