25,000 km update
Technically, she’s on 24940, but she’s running absolutely fantastic.
I have been using the CBR for my daily duties, such as school, and nearby shopping runs. Office run is not required anymore with WFH.
The only issue I can say is that 3 cannot ride to the ice cream/waffle center for those after-dinner cravings, so either we have to order or take out the car for a 2-5 min distance. Yes, one can walk, but while returning with a sleepy 5-year-old it’s better to have a vehicle to reach back in a min or two.
Anyway, I am quite happy with the bike and do take it out for a 50-100 km spin once a month so that she can stretch her legs there.
Today, I lubed and took out the exhaust covers for cleaning. Planning to paint them black/grey. The bigger exhaust cover is the one taking a lot of brunt from the autos and in the tight parking spaces.

Painted and attached the covers to the bike and I’m in love with the bike again!
