The Modenas Pulsar NS200 street motorcycle is now available in new colour options as well as graphic designs. The 3 new paint schemes are Plasma Blue, Burnt Red and Pewter Grey, and they are all matte finishes.
The price however, remains unchanged at RM9,655 (without insurance and road tax). This makes the NS200 the most affordable naked street bike in the Pulsar line-up to be equipped with an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
The NS200 is powered by a 200 cc DTS-i engine that produces a maximum output of 18 kW and peak torque of 18.6 Nm. With this power, the bike promises to offer a smoother ride along with excellent fuel efficiency. Additionally, the bike comes with front telescopic absorbers which are fitted with an anti-friction bush, and a nitrox mono-shock gas chamber at the rear. This set-up offers a firm yet enjoyable and engaging riding experience on all types of road.
According to Motorsikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (MODENAS), with the bike’s various safety and convenience features, the NS200 continues to offer motorcycle buyers one of the best value for money propositions in its segment. MODENAS launched the Pulsar NS200 in Malaysia in May 2017 and has since sold more than 8,000 units nationwide, making it one of the most popular street bike models sold locally.
MODENAS hopes that the new colour and graphic schemes will continue to make the Modenas Pulsar NS200 attractive, and appeal both to riders migrating to bigger bikes, as well as experienced riders.
The Pulsar NS200 will be available at all authorised MODENAS showrooms starting from this month.
