For good reason, nobody associates Lamborghini with affordable cars. Even the cheapest Lamborghini still encroaches on the $100,000 mark. Let’s be honest here, even the company’s candles are expensive. However, there is a handful of Lambos that really go the extra mile when it comes to price. We’re talking about the special edition ones that are extremely limited in production. In case you were curious, here are the five most expensive Lamborghini models the raging bull has ever produced. However, for the sake of accuracy, concept cars that never actually left the factory need not apply.
Reventon Roadster – $2.2 Million
According to Wealthy Gorilla, the fifth most expensive Lamborghini model that has ever been sold to customers is the Reventon Roadster.
This fighter jet-inspired drop-top shares the same bodywork and powerplant as the Reventon coupe. However, the interior with all sorts of aircraft-inspired goodies is far more visible with the top down than in a coupe.
Lamborghini only built 15 Reventon Roadster examples. So, despite the price tag of $2.2 million, they sold out instantly.
Lamborghini Sesto Elemento – $2.8 Million

For those unfamiliar, “sesto elemento” is Italian for “sixth element.” If you aren’t familiar with your periodic table orientation, the sixth element is carbon. The name stems from the vehicle’s virtually entire carbon fiber construction.
Carbon fiber is remarkably lightweight yet still incredibly strong. As a result, the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento weighs only 2,200 pounds. That’s about as light as a first-generation Mazda Miata. Seriously.
Unlike the Miata, though, the Sesto Elemento has a 570 horsepower V10 engine from the Gallardo. Lamborghini claims a zero to 62 mph sprint in just 2.5 seconds with this remarkable lightweight structure and powerplant. Absolute insanity for a car from over a decade ago.
Only 20 Sesto Elemento models ever left the factory, and they sold out instantly. Currently, the estimated value is $2.8 million.
Lamborghini Aventador J – $2.8 Million
Although this is a one-of-one concept car, Lamborghini did indeed sell it to a customer. So, it’s fair game on this list.
The Aventador J is an absolute mind scramble. It’s got no roof, which isn’t all that crazy. However, it also has no windows and no windshield. Additionally, Lamborghini stripped this car of creature comforts to make it as lightweight as possible. The rear-view mirror is mounted in a bizarre aerodynamic pod that sicks out of the bodywork.
As funky as it is, it’s remarkably cool.
Lamborghini displayed this car at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. However, prior to the show, a private buyer bought the Aventador J for $2.8 million. It could, however, be worth far more than that today because of its uniqueness and rarity. It’s not likely to go up for sale any time soon, though.
Now, we’re moving out of the “affordable” side of the most expensive Lamborghini list. Let’s turn the heat up by a few million.

The Veneno is an Aventador-based limited edition Lamborghini hypercar that Lambo built to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The company first displayed it at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The Veneno has a 740 horsepower 6.5-liter V12 that propels the car from zero to 60 miles per hour in under three seconds. Additionally, thanks to its insane aero, it has a scorching top speed of 221 miles per hour.
Inside, the Veneno resembles the Aventador for the most part. However, it uses special “carbon skin” seats that were only previously found in the Aventador J.
Originally, the Veneno sold for $4.5 million new. However, one has since sold for $5.3 million, making it the second most expensive Lamborghini there is.

That’s right, folks. Dropping the top will cost you an extra $3 million.
The Veneno Roadster is the most expensive Lamborghini model ever sold in two instances. For one, its original price was $4.5 million, which makes it the most expensive car Lamborghini has ever sold. However, a Veneno Roadster also took the title for the most expensive Lamborghini sale of all time when it sold for a cool $8.3 million.
Only nine Veneno Roadsters ever came to be, so it’s easy to see why it’s so valuable.
Lamborghini daydreamers, don’t get your hopes up
Sure, there’s a good chance you can grind your way to a Lamborghini Huracan or may even an Aventador. However, the most expensive Lamborghini examples are reserved for the extremely wealthy.
Don’t feel bad, though. Even if you had the money, getting one of these things out of a wealthy collector’s hands is extremely unlikely.
