Win a chance to join us at RawHyde’s Motorcycle Adventure Riding Instruction Course for a weekend of training and loads of gear.

If you love motorcycles and exploring, we’ve got something special for you today: We’ve teamed up with the crew at the adventure motorcycle training and touring company, RawHyde, for an opportunity to join Gear Patrol writer and resident adventure rider, Matt Neundorf, for a weekend adventure in California. The best part? Meals, accommodations, training and a travel stipend to RawHyde’s Adventure Training Center in California are on us. We’ve also partnered with Rev’It, Nexx Helmets, and Sena Communications to outfit the winner with some killer gear for the weekend and for your future rides. Gratis.
If you’ve been reading Gear Patrol, you’ll know that we’ve done our fair share of adventure riding. But maneuvering a fully kitted bike takes strength, concentration and skill. On every journey we’ve picked up a pointer or two — most involve a mud bath, laughter and some humility — but the risks are still very much there. We can’t think of a better way to learn than a weekend of hands-on training with seasoned riders. To get inspired, check out some of Matt’s own adventures in Baja, Camp Wandawega, and British Columbia here on Gear Patrol. Good luck! See you out on the trails.
The Lowdown
The winner will join Gear Patrol’s Matt Neundorf in California, on the weekend of April 22-24th, to take part in RawHyde’s Introduction to Adventure training course along with a roundup of specialty gear. This includes a ride to Base Camp Alpha, rental fees for a BMW GS of your choice during training and the ride, a Rev’It Tornado 2 riding suit (jacket and pants), Nexx X.D1 helmet, and a pair of Sena bluetooth helmet communicators.
