Hyundai is back in the news again for another recall. Hot of the tails of the recall affecting 2020-2021 Hyundai Sonata models, Hyundai has announced another recall. This time, specific Hyundai models are suffering from exploding seat belts. A few different models are involved, but this recall can be taken care of at your local Hyundai dealership!

What is it this time?

The newest recall that Hyundai announced affects the seat belt pretensioners. In the specified models, the pretensioners can explode and cause injuries to the passengers inside. The pretensioners are an essential aspect of your seat belt because they will tighten up the seat belts during a car crash. The pretensioners keep passengers in their seats and prevent them from moving and facing more severe injuries. Because of this recall, the pretensioners will not perform correctly.
